Paris Jackson is once again addressing what she calls fabricated reports about her alleged attempted suicide.
On Tuesday, the 20-year-old took to Twitter to blast the media and paparazzi for their continued tirade on her mental health, and offered up a theory as to why the multiple false reports on her have popped up in the first place.

The model claims that the media wasn’t satisfied with her “mellow” reaction to the claims made against Michael Jackson in HBO‘s critically-acclaimed documentary Leaving Neverland.
She tweeted:
“They didn’t get the crazy reaction they wanted from the doc, and a chill, mellow reaction doesn’t sell stories so why not lie and create a story that does sell? Pathetic.”
As we reported, Paris did stay pretty quiet at first when critics blasted the late singer after Leaving Neverland‘s premiere. She initially told her followers in a since-deleted tweet:
“Y’all take my life more seriously than i do. Calm yo tittaaaaysss.”
But after the media picked those comments apart, she later clarified her stance and praised her cousin Taj Jackson for handling the late entertainer’s defense:
“There’s nothing I can say that hasn’t already been said in regards to defense. Taj is doing a perfect job on his own. And I support him. But that’s not my role. I’m just tryna get everyone to chill out and go with the flow, be mellow and think about the bigger picture. That’s me.”
Considering how quickly everyone jumped down her throat from the start, we’re inclined to believe Paris has a point here about the media taking things and running with it. Especially after her most recent run-in with the paps.
On Monday, MJ’s daughter denied media reports that she fell asleep at the wheel, while out and about with her boyfriend Gabriel Glenn.
ICYMI — the pair was headed to The Dirt premiere in El Lay, and reportedly made a pit stop at a gas station. While Gabriel was filling up the tank, paparazzi allegedly zoomed in super-close to Paris, and snapped a pic that appears as she’d closed her eyes for a moment in the parked car. But without all that extra context above, the photo made it look like the starlet fell asleep at the wheel.
In response, she tweeted her own explanation of what actually went down:
“*Parks at gas station waiting for my boyfriend to pump gas*
*closes eyes to listen to favorite song*
paps take pic and zoom in so you can’t see that i’m parked and accuse me of falling asleep at the wheel
When will this stop? This past week it’s been nonstop bulls**t”
Oof. We can feel the frustration, girl.
It is her right to react to the doc and live her life however she pleases, even if some don’t agree with her or understand her “mellow” stance.
And as for her mental health, all of the bulls**t with the media might actually drive this girl to a darker place than expected. And then what? Will the tabloids be satisfied?
Granted, she has lived with the controversy surrounding the King of Pop her entire life, but if the alleged health scares have any truth to them, perhaps these tweets are the final warning that they are taking things too far.
