Patrick Mahomes Reveals Whether He'll Make Political Statements Like Taylor Swift & His Wife Brittany Did!

Patrick Mahomes isn’t into making his political opinions public knowledge!

After the NFL player’s wife Brittany Mahomes was caught up in controversy for showing support to Donald Trump in the 2024 presidential election, he decided to make it clear where he stood.

Travis Kelce‘s teammate spoke to reporters in a recent press conference for the Kansas City Chiefs where he revealed he doesn’t plan on endorsing Trump or Kamala Harris:

“I’ve always said, I don’t want my place or my platform to be used to endorse a candidate. I think my place is to inform people to get registered to vote, to inform people to do their own research and then make their best decision for them and their family.”

He also clarified that he’s “going to refer back to that” stance “every time” he’s asked political questions. Beyond that, he just doesn’t want to voice his opinion! The 28-year-old said his ability to make that choice is what “makes America so great.”
