Her name is Abby Champion and she hails from good ol’ Alabama, currently living in El Lay under contract with Next Models.
The new pair were seen out on Sunday running errands — which also happened to be Abby’s 19th birthday.

We guess Miley shouldn’t care too much if she’s actually re-engaged to Liam Hemsworth…
