Hold on to your hats, Paul Blart: Mall Cop fans.
The reigning box office champion – yes, sadly – will likely get a sequel.
“.We believe there is an opportunity to make another Paul Blart movie,”said a studio boss at Sony.
We haven’t and don’t plan on seeing mall cop Blart do his thing, so we don’t know the answer to this – does a sequel make sense?
In two weeks, Blart pulled in $64 million.
It’s expected to make at least $100 million at the end of its US movie theater run.
Who would’ve guessed that a mall cop movie starring the King of Queens would do so well!
