Paula Having Car Issues?

Oh, Paula, when will you learn!

Paula Abdul was spotted yesterday running some errands in Beverly Hills and later stopping by a salon to get her hair done.

And either Miz Abdul has recently become handicapped, or she’s doing a big No-No by parking illegally in a handicap spot!

Why celebs feel like they’re above the law, we don’t understand.

We’re guessing Paula probably wanted to rush out of the salon without the paparazzi spotting her.

Though that’s still not an excuse to take up a handicap spot.
