If there was one thing we wanted to see more than Sharknado, it was the Paula Deen deposition video! Now we might never get a chance!
The leaked written transcript is one thing, because we can sort of imagine Paula saying those things — but seeing it has to be an entirely new experience. We wonder if it would hit a little harder, maybe sway some of the fans still on the fence about her!
Apparently the U.S. District Court for Southern Georgia this week returned the video to the her lawyers. According to a memo from the Court, their access to the video is no longer necessary because the transcript is now official. This isn’t good for news organizations who wanted the court to release the DVD.
We wonder if her new attorneys have anything to do with this!
At least we can still watch Sharknado!
