This is horrifying!!
Back in July, we reported about actress Paz de la Huerta suing Lionsgate Films after an on-set accident allegedly rendered her so injured as to file worker’s compensation.
The film in question — Nurse 3D — completely flopped, and de la Huerta alleges the accident is the reason.

She also claims it did irreparable damage to her career, and she wants $55 million for the trouble.
It sounded like a lot of money when we first heard about it — but we finally got our first look at the accident itself, and it looks pretty SCARY!!!
Ch-ch-check it all out (below) to see de la Huerta, in the middle of filming a scene, get run down by an ambulance and struck… HARD.
Yikes.
Maybe there’s some merit to her lawsuit after all…
