The DUFF actress totally surprised us by wearing a black, flawlessly tailored Armani suit!
She didn’t wear anything under the blazer, but her cleavage wasn’t at all ostentatious. In fact, the 17-year-old kept it perfectly demure.
We ADORE this outfit! And Bella’s tumbling reddish curls served as a great contrast against her dark ensemble!
