New York, NY (March 29, 2011) – Perez Hilton, the world’s most famous celebrity blogger, has written an insightful children’s book to be published by Celebra Children’s Books, in partnership with Penguin Young Readers Group. THE BOY WITH PINK HAIR celebrates individuality and self-acceptance, and is inspired by Hilton’s desire to promote equality in readers of all ages. The book was acquired by Raymond Garcia, Publisher of Celebra Children’s Books and will be edited by Steven Meltzer, Associate Publisher, Executive Managing Editor for Dial and Dutton Books for Young Readers. THE BOY WITH PINK HAIR is scheduled for publication in September 2011 and will have an announced first printing of 75,000.
