Losing a pet is never easy!
Just ask Little Mix‘s Perrie Edwards. On Monday, the Shout Out To My Ex singer took to Instagram to reveal that her beloved cat, named Prada, had passed away. So sad!

The blonde stunner posted:

Of course, this furball’s death simply solidifies the fact that Miz Edwards and her ex-fianc├â┬⌐, Zayn Malik no longer have any ties connecting them. As you may recall, the former flames bought little Prada not long after their engagement in 2013. At the time, the pair seemed pretty pumped to be cat-parents as they wrote alongside the pic (above):

Although, the One Direction alum might not even be sad about Prada’s passing as he let his ex take custody of their shared pets following their rough split in 2015. In case you forgot, the X Factor alum and the Pillowtalk artist also shared cats Benji and Jack, Teacup Yorkshire Terrier Teddy, Pomeranian pup Hatchi, and husky Sky.
Perhaps, since Malik unkindly dumped Edwards via text, he let her take custody of their menagerie. At least the Touch performer has her upcoming tour with Ariana Grande to keep herself distracted from this sad news.
