The world is still fascinated by Olympic winner Michael Phelps…. and his love life!
The recent talk has been surrounding Phelps and Australian Olympian swimmer Stephanie Rice.
Well, Rice is finally speaking out about “the kiss” at an Olympic party last week, or lack of.
When asked if she and Phelps shared a kiss at a Beijing party, Rice simply responded with, “No.”
She then added, “It was just great to meet him and meet people you usually see on TV. For me, Michael Phelps is a real inspiration and someone you really look up to.”
Rice’s ex-boyfriend, hottie Australian swimmer Eamon Sullivan, was dating Rice for two years and recently broke up last month, before the Olympics.
He says of the recent kiss news, “That’s her business and, now that we’re friends, it’s not something I have to worry about. She’s a mature girl and makes her own decisions and we’re just enjoying being friends and that’s something you just can’t take away.”
Aww, how sweet.
But now to the important part.
This all means Phelps is currently single (and really rich)!
