Take the hint, Phil! NOBODY wants you out of jail!
To recap, record producer/songwriter Phil Spector is currently serving 19 years to life in jail for the 2003 murder of actress Lana Clarkson.
Back in April, he attempted to overturn his conviction on grounds that the trial judge swayed the jury by pointing out blood spots in a photo demonstration of his home….but a California appeals court rejected his appeal.
Despite the fact that Phil was given an “81-page decision” on the court’s reasoning for rejection, he’s tried to appeal YET AGAIN…and was denied YET AGAIN!
Earlier today, the California Supreme Court rejected Phil’s latest appeal…and we’re sure they’ll reject his next one as well! We’re thinking maybe he’ll try again in 3 months? Maybe 4???
