We know that when Facebook goes down, many users’ initial reaction is to scream, perhaps throw a TV through a window, and scream, “Anarchy! The world is anarchy!” at the top of their lungs.
But it’s certainly not an actual emergency, despite it being an incredibly stressful situation!
L.A. County Sheriff├óΓé¼Γäós Department’s Seargent Burton Brink had some choice words for some of El Lay’s citizens who decided to call 911 after the social media site went down.
