We can’t believe something like this happened!
A witness in North Carolina saw a man pull up to a pond of water and throw a puppy in the pond!
Luckily the witness was there to rescue the pup!
Here’s what the witness said:
├óΓé¼┼ôIn order to help protect the pond, I try to chase out anyone who├óΓé¼Γäós out there that├óΓé¼Γäós not supposed to be. This guy drew my attention anyways because he was acting so strange.”
The witness then heard a loud splash!
He said:
“It scared me. I shouted, ├óΓé¼╦£What … are you throwing in the pond?├óΓé¼Γäó and he didn├óΓé¼Γäót respond. He gave me the most blank stare, and then he just left.├óΓé¼┬¥
The witness then found a puppy trying desperately to get out of the lake.
The witness continued:
├óΓé¼┼ôShe was very friendly, very docile. But it was like she was saying, ├óΓé¼╦£Please, come help me.’ She was really bad off. I love my dogs. I feed them, I give them baths, I let them hang out in the house. I can├óΓé¼Γäót imagine someone doing something like this.├óΓé¼┬¥
The witness brought the puppy to a vet who has taken care of the pup.
The vet said:
“She has quite a few injuries that shows she’s had successive incidents of trauma. We’re going to get her the care she needs and help her progress in the healing process.”
The puppy has found a home, but will need its left leg amputated because of the injuries the puppy suffered.
Police are on the look out for the man who threw this defenseless pup in the pond, and we sure hope they find him!
