Any nutritionist will tell you, the problem with having beef is that it takes FOREVER to get out of your system.
Even when you’ve made peace and the feud is ostensibly over, sometimes even the slightest hint of insult can be read as worse than it is.
And sometimes, of course, it just is that bad!

What’s the (possibly) offending remark that has fans questioning the good intentions of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle?
It’s their birthday wishes to Prince William.
The heir to the throne celebrated his 37th birthday on Friday, and of course his baby brother and sister-in-law sent a message.
But what kind of message?
Some of you may be thinking, How could a Happy Birthday be shady? The rest of you are looking at those people and condescendingly saying, OH HONEY.
LOLz!
Here’s the royal tea.
The official Sussex Royal account on Instagram did wish William a happy bday — but here’s how they put it:
“Happy birthday to the Duke of Cambridge!”
Royal fans couldn’t help but notice how painfully formal the missive was. Official title, no personal touch.
We mean, this is Harry’s brother! He’s family. This doesn’t exactly read as sincere.
Contrast with this message from a fan account called royal.life.uk:
“The future King, a dignified prince, a loving husband, a compassionate father, a dedicated royal, a hardworking heir… Happy 37th Birthday to His Royal Highness ? We’re so proud of you ??”
Yeah. That is a difference.
But for some fans it was worse than simply subpar. Considering the Sussex account is suspected to be run by Meghan personally, quite a few followers took this as a slight!
Ch-ch-check out some of the judgments on the Sussex message:
“@sussexroyal doesn’t sound like you wanna wish him at all”
“@sussexroyal it’s your own brother, why the need to be so formal?”
“They acting like they’re too good for anyone”
“@sussexroyal wouldn’t Wishing your brother be more gentle? This reads like there is hostility.”
“@sussexroyal this was cold? you really cant stand him megan? Jealousy will eat you alive????”
“@sussexroyal is this all ? Not one special photograph ?”
They have a point about making a special post.
Their own feed is devoid of any such sweetness. In fact, that bday message, such as it is, is on the Kensington Royal post saying:
“Thank you everyone for your lovely wishes on The Duke of Cambridge’s birthday!”
So technically they wished him a happy bday two hours after he thanked everyone for the birthday wishes. Not exactly belated, but it does make it seem like they had to be prompted.
Then again, maybe everyone is reading WAY too much into this.
The feed is certainly also filled with comments calling the folks crying foul delusional.
