“Enjoy The View from the ground, bitch!”
OK, no one said that, but how great a line would it be if this does come to blows??
The way Meghan McCain and Joy Behar have been carrying on lately, it doesn’t seem so far-fetched…
The View cohosts have been getting into huge blowout fights on and — so we’ve heard — off the air.

Oddly, the fights seem consistently not to be about real disagreement on issues — not like that infamous abortion fight which caused Elisabeth Hasselbeck to walk off the set back in the day.
No, at the end of the day, they are both supposedly against Donald Trump, the frequent accelerant on their fiery interchanges.
Meghan, however, takes umbrage basically every time Joy cracks wise about the president, which is a lot because that’s pretty much her role on the show. But Meghan insists she’s being bullied as “the only Republican” at the table — despite frequently being joined by both Republican strategist Ana Navarro and Fox & Friends alum Abby Huntsman.

This time the Hot Topic was Trump’s latest Election 2020 rally — you know, the ones he’s been doing since a month after his inauguration.
Meghan once again tried to explain to the panel why all her conservative friends liked Trump, saying:
“Sometimes it’s not just that they love Trump so much, it’s that they hate the same things Trump hates.”
Presumably this was her version of letting Trump voters off the hook? Saying they’re fueled by hate? It’s not exactly a shocking revelation…
What it was, however, was an easy layup for Joy, who jabbed:
“Who, black people, you mean? Who do they hate?”
Considering how racist and xenophobic the POTUS’ policies have been, it’s not an unreasonable question.
But Meghan… SHOCKER… got offended!
“You know what, Joy? I really come here every day open-minded just tryin’ to explain it. And it’s not a fun job for me every day.”
Notice how she’s both the victim AND the smartest one in the room in one breath?
When Joy asks again, “But who do they hate?” Meghan keeps the deflection up, saying:
“I know you’re angry that Trump’s president, like a lot of people are. But I don’t think yelling at me is gonna fix the problem.”
First off, Joy was not yelling. She was not even raising her voice above normal Behar range.
Second, painting sincere outrage over racist and authoritarian and corrupt behavior as some kind of irrational Trump hate is some gaslighting B.S.
When Joy asked if she was yelling, Meghan shot back “YES!” and kept going, not allowing Sunny Hostin to get a word in edgewise.
The biggest applause break was for neither Behar nor McCain — but for Whoopi Goldberg for telling them both to just shut up for a second! She said, laughing at the ridiculousness of the escalation:
“It’s a great discussion, and we can go back to it. I just need everybody to take a beat.”
We have to imagine the audience, like most Americans, was sick of the fighting; after all on most issues there actually is a common ground — it’s only folks like Trump who encourage
But Meghan did NOT take a beat.
Instead she kept up her victim narrative, saying:
“For being the sacrificial Republican every day…”
But before she could finish, Joy responded with a big sarcastic:
“Awwwww!”
LOLz! We mean, she did just call herself a martyr, seems fair to call B.S. on that.
Meghan was NOT amused, responding:
“Don’t feel bad for me, bitch, I’m paid to do this!”
Damn! Commercial break for technical difficulties, anyone?
How does she so effortlessly become a meme? First “You were at my wedding, Denise” and now this. Impressive!
