People are starting to notice the reported rift between Prince Harry and Prince William.
The brothers both attended Easter Service on Sunday at St George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle. While both princes were happily chatting with their royal relatives as they waited for Queen Elizabeth, who was also celebrating her 93rd birthday, to arrive — a source noted there was an obvious distance between the two.
According to ET, Harry arrived at the church separate from Will and Kate Middleton, and stood at a distance from his brother when their grandmother arrived.

The insider notes that, in the past, Harry would walk in with his brother and sister-in-law, whom he reportedly feels is like the sister he never had as a child. But on Sunday, the 34-year-old apparently clung to a different crowd — staying close to his cousins, Peter and Zara Phillips, and their respective spouses, Autumn Phillips and Mike Tindall.
The source added that the brothers are at “different stages in their life” and are “no longer the boys” they once were, echoing earlier reports that the two have drifted apart due to their marriages with Kate and Meghan Markle.
As we reported last week, the father-to-be and King-to-be and their wives have been parting ways from a fab foursome as Harry and Meg continue attempting to make themselves known as a couple in their own right. A royal source claimed to People:
“It’s a shame. There was power in that unity and great strength in the foursome, but I see why it is happening. There is always that tension: trying to do the PR thing and then realizing that they are just real people. They want their own place and their own things.”
That division has been quite noticeable at recent royal events. The source added that Harry and Will also kept their distance earlier this month when they both attended the premiere of Sir David Attenborough’s Our Planet with their father Prince Charles.
The chilly divide was visible on Easter Sunday as well — though, Harry was seen exchanging a few words with both Will and Kate outside the chapel, as captured in a video on Instagram:

Meghan did not attend the Easter service, seeing as she’s due to give birth to their baby “any day now,” according to an ET source. She did, however, wish the Queen a happy birthday on her and Harry’s official Instagram account, writing:
“Happy Birthday to Her Majesty The Queen @people”
In the meantime, it appears the Duchess of Sussex’s family has been getting ready for her and Harry’s first child. Doria Ragland, the actress’s mother, has flown across the pond from Los Angeles to London as Meg’s due date grows closer.
It’s unclear when exactly the 37-year-old will give birth, but Kensington Palace said in October that she’s due “in the Spring of 2019.” The former Suits star spilled more specific details in January when she and Harry were out in Merseyside; she revealed that she was about six months pregnant at the time, which puts her due date towards the end of April and early May.

The impending royal baby definitely seems to be one of the reasons why Harry and Will have grown distant as of late. Last month, Harry and Meghan officially split households from Will and Kate, and recently moved out of their residence at Kensington Palace to Frogmore Cottage at Windsor Castle, more than a hop and skip away from the rest of the royal family.
If that’s not enough distance from his brother, it’s also been reported that Harry and Meghan have plans to possibly move to Africa in 2020 for charity work and to promote Britain after the birth of their baby — for two to three years!
We guess distance makes the heart grow fonder… or something like that?
