Princess Catherine paid tribute to Queen Elizabeth II in her emotional cancer recovery video!
On Monday, Kate Middleton released a heartfelt video giving fans an update on her health. She announced that she’s completed her chemo treatment and is “cancer free” after an “incredibly tough” nine-month battle. Her powerful statement was shared alongside a short film of clips of her family — including one shot that seemingly honored her husband Prince William‘s late grandmother!

At the start of the new video, the mother of three can be seen driving a Land Rover near her country home Anmer Hall in Norfolk. She sits behind the steering wheel and speeds past greenery. Nothing to it, right? Well…
It turns out the scene is almost identical to an over-the-shoulder shot from the late monarch’s 1992 BBC documentary Elizabeth R: A Year in the Life of the Queen! In that film, Elizabeth drove her Land Rover near a wooded area by Sandringham Estate. Similarly, the camera crew captured her driving along from behind. Take a look at the comparisons:
