Moments ago, the state of California deemed that Prop 8 was unconstitutional!!!
Judge Vaughn Walker officially overturned the ban on gay marriage!!!
It’s still unclear whether Walker’s decision will immediately restore the right of same-sex couples to marry in California, but it sure as hell is a step in the right direction!
This is amazing!!! A historic day for equal rights!!!
