Good news for Jonathan Scott!
On Wednesday, it was revealed that the Property Brothers star will NOT be facing charges for his involvement in a bar brawl in Fargo, ND this past April. Phew!

As you may know, the reality TV star was reportedly placed in a choke hold after getting involved in a fight between two other patrons at Dempsey’s Public House. Oh no!
Nonetheless, it seems that insufficient evidence made it impossible to legally go after the HGTV hottie. Fargo city attorney Erik Johnson confirmed:
“Upon review of the police report and associated evidence, I found there was not sufficient evidence to establish a violation of either simple assault or disorderly conduct ├óΓé¼┬ª beyond a reasonable doubt.”
Well, well!
Although, we can’t say we’re entirely surprised by this news since initial reports claimed that, at the time, Jonathan was simply trying to break up the altercation. It’s said Scott and his twin Drew were only in town for an appearance at the Eco Chic Design Conference.
We doubt they’ll be going back next year. LOLz!
