Psychic Panda??

We don’t know if this psychic panda can live up to Paul the octopus in his psychic powers.

Bo Si, the “psychic panda” at the Xiangjiang Safari Park in Guangzhou, picked a Chinese athlete to be the first gold medal winner of the Asian Games….which in fact did happen!

However, there is a bit of a catch.

Bo Si had been given a bamboo shoot, which represented a Chinese winner, or an apple for a foreigner. Bo Si picked the bamboo, which is not necessarily meaning that he is psychic, since Panda’s survive on a bamboo diet.

Hmm interesting. We are curious to see if these pandas continue to pick correctly!
