Very nice! Someone is going to look very buff come his wedding day!
Russell Brand was spotted working on his fitness over the weekend with his personal trainer in El Lay.
We applaud the effort, but you might want to rethink those shorty shorts for AFTER your workouts pay off. Also, the socks have got to go!
And perhaps a shower? Just saying.
