Rachel Crow Gives Us A Cute Wave At The Grove!

How cute is Rachel Crow???
It’s been a while since we’ve seen the 15-year-old actress, but when we saw her at The Grove in West Hollywood yesterday, we couldn’t get over how adorable her outfit was.
For a fun day of shopping, Rachel enrobed herself in a nice camouflage jacket, a puuurdy jean skirt and darling black pumps adorned with a big bow.
Is it just us, or does Miz Crow get more delightful every time we see her???
