Was Raf Simons Fired From Jil Sander???

Last week Raf Simons found himself unemployed after Jil Sander abruptly decided to return to her own label after eight years, but apparently there’s more to the story than they’re letting on.
WWD‘s Bridget Foley wrote on Tuesday Simons was “unceremoniously dumped” or to put it bluntly he was fired.
Ouch.
She goes on to say the situation was handled very poorly, especially by Jil Sander herself who fueled rumors while “strolling openly around Premi├â┬¿re Vision, and, when asked why by WWD Japan, responding that the announcement of her next project would come during the Milan collections.”
How tacky!
We wonder what Raf has to say about this or if he’ll plead the 5th.
