Back in her Disney Channel hay day, Raven-Symoné was known for her not only her comedic chops but her musical talents as well!
And after a near decade-long hiatus from the recording studio, The View cohost surprised us by dropping two new tracks on Soundcloud!
The first track titled Cruise Control, is a smooth R&B track that the 30-year-old describes as a “story of sex and speed filled with ambient sounds and undertones of sexual frustration.”
Sounds sexy!

The second song called Sarafina is on the more experimental side, which Ray says contains “eerie sounds of melodic, fantasy vocals describing a world that can only be named Sarafina├óΓé¼┬ª”
Hmmm, this one is giving us some serious Willow Smith vibes! Was she a producer on this track!? LOLz!
These songs are nothing like the singer’s previous body of work — like the upbeat soundtracks for That’s So Raven and The Cheetah Girls, as well as her last studio album in 2008.
But clearly Raven has evolved a lot since then, so it makes sense her music has, too!
