Ray J continues to take shots at Kim Kardashian amid their ongoing legal drama!
As you likely know, she and Kris Jenner sued the 45-year-old singer for defamation back in October after he claimed they were the subject of a racketeering investigation and that the case is “worse than Diddy.” He fired back with a countersuit, accusing the reality stars of violating a settlement agreement barring any party from talking about the former couple’s infamous sex tape.
And in the latest update on the cases, Kim and Kris unleashed their wrath on Ray J! The SKIMS creator specifically expressed concern about how the Mars Attacks! star’s allegations could ruin her law career! She explained in court documents:
“It is my understanding that, before becoming an attorney, the California State Bar evaluates moral character through a comprehensive background investigation, including investigation of allegations of criminal misconduct or dishonesty. I’m worried that I would need to address these entirely false accusations and that they might be taken seriously.”

However, Ray J feels he hasn’t put her chances of becoming a lawyer at risk… because she hasn’t even passed the bar exam for that to be a worry yet! OUCH! He made the brutal dig in court documents obtained by TMZ on Friday, saying:
“For this ever to be an issue, Kardashian must first pass the bar exam, something she admittedly has not yet done. Regardless, it is unclear why vague, third-party allegations from [an interview] and a Twitch stream could ever ‘jeopardize’ her legal career. It would be the underlying wrongful conduct, none of which [Kim and Kris have] denied.”
Hmm. Kris made it pretty clear that she denies all the allegations, especially that the feds are investigating her and Kim. In fact, she directly called out one of the more disturbing claims in her declaration this week:
“To say that my daughter and I are being pursued for doing something worse than Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, is a horrific lie.”
Ray J thinks it’s all nonsense, though. In his new filing, Ray argues that the pair denied any knowledge of a federal investigation but never denied committing racketeering in their declarations. Wow.
