The divorce drama between Real Housewives of Miami star Lisa Hochstein and her estranged husband Lenny Hochstein is escalating!
As Perezcious readers may recall, the 56-year-old plastic surgeon revealed in court docs last year that his soon-to-be ex-wife makes $30,000 per episode of Real Housewives of Miami. But now, in newly-filed docs, Lisa says that salary is “woefully insufficient” to pay for her lifestyle! And the 40-year-old TV star wants Lenny to cover costs for her and the kids!

According to Page Six, which first obtained the new filing on Tuesday, Lisa’s lawyers are arguing her job during their marriage was as “a homemaker and mother,” and thus she needs support from Lenny:
“She has primarily been a homemaker and mother throughout the parties’ marriage. [Lenny] has significant and substantial assets and earns millions of dollars a year as [a] successful plastic surgeon. … Without [his] contribution, [Lisa] cannot provide the needs and necessities of life as they were established during the marriage.”
A “homemaker and mother” for sure — but one who’s making bank on TV now, right? Is she really going to say she can’t make ends meet on $30k an episode?! There have been 19 episodes of Season 5 thus far. That’s $570,000 she got paid in just a year! Kiiinda feels like she’s taken care of, right? Not according to her filing!
Per the outlet, Lisa is seeking “temporary alimony” and funds to pay for medical and dental insurance along with other “non-covered medical, dental, and eye care” procedures. Lisa also wants child support for the ex-couple’s kids — son Logan, 7, and daughter Elle, 3 — and health insurance for them, too.
And that’s not all! According to the news org, Lisa wants Lenny to “vacate their marital home” for good, thereby allowing her and the kids “exclusive use and occupancy” of it. The Peacock star’s docs state:
“[Lenny] has the means to and has already established an alternate, luxurious residence.”
A judge has scheduled a hearing for next Wednesday on the matter. But both Lenny and Lisa wanted to get a final dig in first!
In his initial response to Lisa’s filing, Lenny slammed the money grab:
“I pay for everything currently. I even paid for her recent vacation to Colorado with the kids, but instead of a ‘thank you,’ which I never expected, I get claims that I do not pay for child support or health insurance? Simply not true. Obviously her new lawyers, just like her old lawyer, seems to think that disparaging me is a good strategy. Nothing surprises me anymore.”
But Lisa clapped right back! According to the RHOM star, new boyfriend Jody Glidden was the one who financed her most recent Aspen trip:
“My top priority remains my children. To be clear, Lenny didn’t pay for any of my travel. My boyfriend took me on vacation and even spent money for my children’s travel and expenses as Lenny fought paying his share.”
And so, the war of words continues. These two have definitely been here before… But we expect folks will have a lot to say about Lisa’s claims in particular. Reactions, Perezcious readers??
