The Red Hot Chili Peppers are finally going to be inducted to The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame by…Chris Rock???
The comedian, who has been a longtime friend and fan of the band, will be presenting the guys with the honor at the ceremony on April 12!

We’re actually surprised RHCP haven’t ALREADY been added to the list of Hall of Fame-rs!
Other inductees this year include the Beastie Boys, Don Kirshner, The Miracles and Guns N’ Roses. Bette Midler, Chuck D, Carole King and Smokey Robinson are just some of the presenters who will also be joining Rock on stage to hand out the honors!
A week before this year’s ceremony, the Hall of Fame, located in Cleveland, will reveal a library of archives, a new interior and a special exhibition honoring the Grateful Dead!!
You can catch the special when it airs on HBO on May 5!
