Oh man! We’re glad such a talent will be involved in a story that NEEDS to be told!
Reese Witherspoon has reportedly signed on to star in Atom Egoyan‘s Devil’s Knot, which follows the story of the West Memphis 3!
The drama, which was originally written by Scott Derrickson and Paul Boardman, will focus on Pam Hobbs, the mother of one of the murder victims who although initially believes the three suspects are responsible, but is eventually persuaded that they in fact were just wrongly accused, and will be played by the actress!
Wow. If done correctly, this could be yet another award-winning role for her!
We’re very curious to see how this turns out!
