Rihanna Wants Restraining Order Dropped Against Chris Brown

We know she’s safe and all, but she might be sorry she did this.
Rihanna is asking the courts to drop her restraining order against Chris Brown to a level one order, leaving the door open for the two to have more personal contact should either of them want to. The timing of this is nothing if not ironic since it was only just two years ago, on the night of the Grammys, that Chris ruthlessly beat Rihanna en route to the show.
However, nothing is official yet. Though Rihanna has given her lawyer her blessing to make the change happen, as has Chris’ representation, a judge still needs to sign off on it.
Even if he does, don’t expect a reunion at the Grammys this year. RiRi is performing, but Chris has a “previous engagement.” Still, with the order softened, there’s nothing stopping the two of them from seeing each other.
Talk about a “will they or won’t they” situation!
