Rihanna Wins ANOTHER Victory In Topshop Lawsuit!

Rihanna has once again come out on top in her legal battle with Topshop!

Back in July a judge ruled in her favor after determining the retailer committed “an act of passing off” by selling a shirt featuring an image from her We Found Love music video without her approval.

Now Rih’s won a permanent injunction against Topshop, which bans them from selling shirts with that particular image of her on them, AND she’s seeking $1.4 million to cover her legal fees.

But the legal mess probs isn’t over quite yet, because the high street chain has been granted permission to appeal.

We wonder which side Cara Delevingne is on, since she models for the UK brand but is also bestiez with RiRi!?!
