Well there is ONE thing Rob is guilty of… having an adorable grin LOLz!
Last month, Rob Kardashian was sued by a paparazzo who claimed he physically attacked her and stole a memory card from her camera when she was attempting to snap pictures of him from outside the Beverly Hills gym where he was working out…
But Robbie Rob showed up in court today and alleged he is NOT guilty of the battery/theft charges being brought against him!
Luckily for the Kardashian, the judge is allowing him to remain free of his own recognizance even though the prosecution wished otherwise.
The fate of Rob will begin to be determined at a pre trial scheduled for May 29.
Oh man, we wonder if Rob will actually spend time behind bars if he is found guilty?
Naaahh… he just needs to hire Lindsay Lohan‘s representation if it comes to that!
