Oh noes!
Robert Downey Jr.‘s son Indio has officially been charged with a felony for allegedly possessing a controlled substance.
We reported earlier how 20-year-old Indio was allegedly caught in possession of cocaine while in West Hollywood back in June.
However, according to sources, because Indio is a first time offender, he’s automatically entitled to a drug diversion program!
We believe that if he should be able to get the help he needs. Addiction is a never an easy thing to conquer alone.
On top of this felony, Indio was also charged with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
We’ll see how this story develops.
