Robert Pattinson recently spoke in defense of his on-screen and real life lovah Kristen Stewart, and of her role in the hugely successful, yet massively critisized Twilight Franchise.
The de-fanged Prince of our Hearts expressed:
“Everyone always forgets Kristen was doing tons of indies before [Twilight], then you get a big movie and everyone├óΓé¼Γäós like, ‘No you just didn├óΓé¼Γäót do any of that other stuff. The reason I did Twilight in the first place was I saw her in Into the Wild. She was the go-to girl then, before [Twilight]. She was one of the top three young actresses and everyone has forgotten.”

And while we may poke fun at K-Stew and her abhorrent Twilight character… it├óΓé¼Γäós not like the girl had genius material to draw from!
We├óΓé¼Γäóre super intrigued to see Kristen take on many various roles in the future…
Prove us wrong, Krissie, show us them acting chops.
