Rosario Dawson Celebrates Belgian Day In A Dress More Suited For An Island Getaway! Agree?

We had no idea yesterday was Belgian National Day!
Luckily, Rosario Dawson did and she helped celebrate with Chrissy Teigen and Belgian beer company Stella Artois in Manhattan!
But it appeared the actress didn’t really dress the part because her floral print green maxi dress seemed more suited to a Hawaiian luau than a day of beer-drinking.
It was all too tropical!
Her colorful bib necklace and matching cuff bracelet also fell into the island-inspired category.
We just don’t get it!
