Rose McGowan Sued After Her Dog Knocked A Woman Over & Reportedly Caused Brain Damage -- Details HERE!

Everyone loves cute puppies — just not when they jump up and knock someone over causing serious injuries!
That’s exactly what happened with Rose McGowan‘s dog, Mrs. Noodle, last July when the mutt was taken out for a walk and had an unfortunate encounter with a little old woman.

Elna Ebner, a sweet 85-year-old woman said that Noodle jumped up and put her paws on her, pushing her over. As a result, the woman hit her head on the cement and cracked her skull. TMZ learned that Ebner suffered some “extreme” brain damage and is now bedridden 24 hours.
Not too surprisingly, a lawsuit has been filed naming Rose as the defendant since she’s Mrs. Noodle’s owner. However, Elna is actually seeking a few million dollars from the star’s insurance company — though this has not been finalized yet.
McGowan opened up to TMZ about the incident saying:

“Elna walks through the neighborhood every day. She’s a trooper. I was working in NYC when my dog walker stopped to talk to two of my neighbors, an 85 year old mother and her older daughter. My sweet as pie foster dog, Mrs. Noodle, a large but terribly gently mixed breed, put her paws on the knees of a woman that stands 4’7″.”

The former Charmed star went on to say:

“The woman was standing on the hill’s 65% incline. This terribly sad accident was an unfortunate sequence of events. Do I wish this tiny elderly woman hadn’t stopped to talk to my foster dog? Yes. Did it happen? Yes. Am I responsible? No.”

We’re not sure we agree that the actress isn’t responsible as it IS her dog, but we just hope this lawsuit can be settled in a way that makes both parties happy.
What do you think about the lawsuit?
