Rose McGowan wants her felony cocaine possession case thrown out and here’s why…
Apparently, the Charmed alum is convinced that the drugs were planted on the wallet found on a United jet. In fact, the Citizen Rose star believes that Harvey Weinstein may’ve even had something to do with it.

Amid pleading not guilty to the charge, Rose highlighted that there is a five hour period where she was without her wallet, which could’ve resulted in the coke being planted. In the motion to dismiss filing, McGowan’s lawyer stated:
“There is simply no point in time at which the evidence places Ms. McGowan and the cocaine together in the same place.”
Very inneresting. The attorney went on to call out Weinstein’s potential involvement in the scandal, as they claimed the presence of cocaine was the result of “the underhanded targeting of Ms. McGowan by the fallen mogul.” Stay tuned for any updates regarding this case!!
