Rose McGowan strutted her way down the step and repeat at the Art of Elysium’s HEAVEN Gala in El Lay on Saturday night.
The dark-haired beauty slipped into a midnight blue silk Nili Lotan gown, fitting her svelte figure perfectly.
There was even some nipple action!!
Though they can’t compete, a gold cuff and sparkling black clutch polished off her look. We just wish that she pulled up her hair, rather than keeping it down over her shoulders.
But there’s always next time!!
