As we reported, Orange is the New Black star Ruby Rose and her fianceé Phoebe Dahl called it quits after the two grew distant because of work.
However, has the actress rebounded with singer Halsey?!

On Monday, the two were spotted having a fun day in Hollywood! After dining at Katsuya, they were then seen at a movie theatre.
Both of them kept it super casual: wearing tees, black jackets, and caps.
Back in August, the OITNB scene stealer tweeted at the New Americana musician.
She wrote :

Whether they’re dating or not, we’re just glad the 21-year-old rocker is doing well. As we wrote last week, she revealed on Twitter that she has a condition that makes her lose consciousness. Yikes!
