She wrote:

AH-Mazing! One of the brunette beauty’s 4.3 million followers commented that the duo looked like brother and sister. We can most definitely see that!

The starlet also posted:

HA! However, this is not the first time the Orange Is the New Black actress has played up on her and the Boyfriend singer’s similarities online.
The new friends met for the first time back in June after Miz Rose’s quick rise to fame following her role on the Netflix hit show.
We hope these snaps mean we’re about to see more of this Bieber/Rose friendship. Perhaps Ruby could star in Justin’s next music video?!
