Ruby Rose's Mom Had The BEST Reaction To Her Coming Out!

Coming out can be very hard, even for someone as confidant as Ruby Rose!
In the sneak peek for her sit down on NBC‘s Sunday TODAY with Willie Geist, the Orange Is the New Black actress opened up about how worried she was to come out to her mother. Awww!

In regards to telling her mom she was attracted to women when she was 12, the up-and-comer told Geist:

“That was a fine thing to do though. When I told her, she was like, ├óΓé¼╦£I know.’ She knew when I was six apparently. I was like, ├óΓé¼╦£Really, mom,’ I don’t even think I knew then. I didn’t think it was possible. Apparently it is and it makes sense.”

Mother’s intuition, we guess! When asked if she was concerned about revealing the truth to her mum, Miz Rose noted:

“I was just worried because I didn’t know it was a thing. I knew how I felt and what I kind of identified as, but the words gay or lesbian├óΓé¼┬ª I didn’t know anyone else that was gay or a lesbian. So I didn’t really know how to word it. So I was just like, ├óΓé¼╦£I think I should let you know that when I eventually get a boyfriend, there’ll be a girl.’ And she was just like, ├óΓé¼╦£I know.'”

Good on Ruby’s mom! Apparently, there were a few signs that Rose’s momma picked up on — like how the former MTV VJ used to HATE Barbies and decapitate Ken dolls. LOLz!
