Sam Asghari continues to show support for Britney Spears.
As we previously reported earlier this month, the pop star checked herself into a rehab facility following her DUI. Insiders said Britney knew she had hit rock bottom following her arrest, and after receiving encouragement from those closest to her, especially her two boys, Sean Preston and Jayden James, she decided to seek out help. Amazing.

Following the news, Sam is speaking out. When asked by TMZ about his ex-wife entering treatment while out at Mic Drop in West Hollywood on Wednesday, the actor said:
“I think it’s great, [and] I think anything that has anything to do with healing [are] great things. As long as the person is in charge of that, it’s all great.”
Interesting that he made a note to say “as long as the person is in charge” of the decision. Clearly he still cares enough to not want anyone manipulating her life anymore. As for whether he’s talked to Britney amid her troubles? Sam simply replied, “No,” before walking away. Watch the interview (below):
