As we reported last month, Britney Spears‘ ex-husband has been getting pretty damn handsy in public with a woman named Brooke Irvine. On Tuesday, a source confirmed to Us Weekly that Sam and Brooke are indeed boyfriend and girlfriend. So, those PDA pics from mid-November weren’t a one-off interaction or some kind of friends with benefits sitch. The 30-year-old has officially locked it down with the real estate agent in his first relationship since splitting from Spears!
Per that same insider, the couple’s relationship is new… but not that new. They told the mag the duo began dating a few months ago. Hmm. Asghari claimed he was very much NOT focused on love and romance as recently as August. Was he keeping their love secret? Or did he mean it… then something changed when chemistry bubbled up with Brooke?? Believe it or not, August is now FOUR MONTHS AGO, so it could totally be the latter! Man, time flies…
The insider went on to call Brooke a “normal girl,” and said Sam is happy settling into a new relationship. Previously, as mentioned, he made sure to take some time for himself after splitting from Britney in 2023. They may only have been married a year, but they were together a loooong time before that. It’s good he took time to reset.
Clearly, Sam is getting comfy fast now though. Who can forget these paparazzi pics of the new couple from the end of last month:
