This is sad!
After five years in the sweet embrace of each other’s tanned arms, Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola and Ronnie Ortiz-Margo have called it quits AGAIN.
The two have been on-and-off ever since they became a couple on the Jersey Shore and their tumultuous relationship was well-documented throughout the show’s 6 seasons (remember the infamous note scandal from season 2?!).
According to Ronnie, however, this break-up is way more amicable than the couple’s other splits.
Ronnie reveals:
“She’s still a great person. I love her as a person and I care about her but we went our separate ways. That’s it.”
Though Ron and Sam split two months ago, they’re still involved in each others lives.
Ronnie adds:
“At the end of the day, we went through a lot of stuff together. We have a lot of history so I keep her close.”
Ha, a lot of history is right!
While we’re not sure Ronnie and Sammi are done for GOOD, we’re happy the two were able to handle this most recent break-up in a mature way.
