The Vote Off Song has a new voice in Season 10 winner Scotty McCreery.
As each Idol contestant says goodbye from the final 13, Scotty’s rendition of Garth BrooksPlease Remember Me will try to soothe them as they leave.
The Idol winner joins Chris Daughtry, Carrie Underwood, David Cook and Ruben Studdard as past Idol to sing the song of doom.
Scotty is also expected to make a Season 11 cameo alongside Daughtry, Adam Lambert and James Durbin. Scotty says the following about his reemergence on the show:

I was ecstatic and I’m glad to get to be on there. It’s cool to still be connected to the show every week. Most likely, I’ll be able to come back and perform and get to see all those familiar faces and give the current Idols some advice.

Scotty McCreery just cemented his place in American Idol lore even more!
