Real World alums Sean Duffy (from The Real World: Boston) and Rachel Campos-Duffy (from The Real World: San Francisco) welcomed their eighth child to the world on Thursday when Patrick Miguel Duffy said hello!

The parents — who also have children Evita, 16, Jack, 14, Lucia-Belen, 12, John-Paul, 9, Paloma, 8, Maria Victoria, 6, and Margarita, 2 — met on 1998’s Real World Road Rules: All Stars and they’ve been making babies ever since!
