Selena Gomez will be served and be ordered to sit for a deposition in the lawsuit involving her on-again-off-again BF Justin Bieber‘s alleged attack on a photog in May of 2012 in Miami.
No surprise considering Selena was present when JB supposedly ordered his bodyguard to beat paparazzi Jeffrey Binion.
Prosecuting attorney Mark DiCowden confirmed:
“I will be serving Selena Gomez next week. She witnessed Justin Bieber attack a photographer back in 2012.”
And, to think, Justin thought he could order the prosecution to not utter her name! HA!
Don’t worry, Bieby! Selena is a big gurl!
We have no doubt she can handle this without waving fingers at lawyers, but it is very likely the truth she will reveal will not be in her ex-lover’s favor.
