OMG! Are Selena Gomez and Zayn Malik dating?!
The two pop stars are sparking all kinds of rumors after reports they were having a romantic dinner together! According to TikTok user Klarissa Garcia (AKA @klarissa.mpeg) on Thursday, the potential new couple was seen sharing a meal — and locking lips!! — while out to eat in New York City this week!
Klarissa claimed her friend, who works at a celeb hot spot in NYC, saw the pair enter the unnamed restaurant in the city, and they were ALL over each other! In a screenshot of the pair’s text message exchange, the waitress squealed:
“Tell me how Selena Gomez and Zayn just walked into [restaurant] hand in hand making out and I seated them.”

The waitress was seriously shocked by the sighting — especially in light of all the drama the Texas native has been wrapped up in lately. As Perezcious readers know, the internet rallied around the Who Says artist after Hailey Bieber and Kylie Jenner were put on blast for seemingly coordinating a series of shady social media posts making fun of her. But it turns out maybe Sel’s been doing just fine amid the scandal because she’s found herself a new hunky musician, the waitress reflected:

While nothing has been confirmed yet, this sighting comes weeks after the One Direction alum followed the Only Murders in the Building star on Instagram — and she followed back. This makes Selly G just one of 18 people the crooner follows, suggesting their connection is serious!

Innerestingly, this isn’t the first time the two have sparked dating rumors, either. During a resurfaced interview in 2010 (above), the Disney Channel alum revealed Zayn was the member of 1D she most wanted to kiss and gushed about him being “cute.” Perhaps Zayn finally made his move?!

This possible pairing comes after the My Mind & Me star denied rumors she’s dating The Chainsmokers’ Drew Taggart after they were seen at a bowling alley together in January. At the time, she confirmed she was still a single lady in a now-deleted post. She has also been recently linked to Nicola Peltz Beckham’s brother. For his part, Zayn hasn’t publicly dated someone since ending his relationship with baby momma Gigi in October 2021.
