Selena Gomez and Paul Rudd, are two of the cutest celebrities around, and that cuteness will be on full display as the two have been announced as co-stars in a new movie together!
It’s called The Revised Fundamentals Of Caregiving!
The movie is based on Jonathan Evison‘s 2013 novel about a caregiver who develops a special relationship with a teenager who is in the “advanced stages of Duchenne muscular dystrophy.”
Here’s what Selena wrote to her fans on Twitter:

Their roles in the film are like this:
“Rudd will star in the indie drama as Ben, a caregiver looking after a frustrated teenager named Trevor who is in the advanced stages of Duchenne muscular dystrophy…Gomez will play the role of Dot, a sassy young woman who hitches a ride with the pair during a road trip, and whose forwardness and lack of embarrassment about Trevor’s condition causes him to develop a crush on her.”
Sounds like Selena to us! Who DOESN’T have a crush on her?!
We’re loving how Selena is embracing her acting chops more and more these days, and with an experienced pro like Paul Rudd by her side — how can this movie NOT succeed?!
It doesn’t seem possible!!!
