Celebrities aren’t often known for their tact.
For instance, take Selena Gomez‘s recent and controversial trip to a mosque in Dubai.

Gomez broke two major rules for visitors — she exposed her skin AND smiled in a picture taken at the holy site.
Muslim leaders at the mosque reportedly called the singer’s picture “disrespectful” and the 22-year-old has since deleted the offensive snap from Instagram.
Unfortunately, Selena isn’t the only celeb that has gotten in trouble for disrespecting a religion…
